Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within a timely manner  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
  

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee exact arrival dates, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

3. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process with the correct information. It is the carriers responsibility to make sure that your package is delivered to the right address, we do not edit or change addresses after you place an order. If you are having trouble locating your package, please contact the specific carrier using your tracking number, as we do not have any responsibility on your package once it is dispatched from us.
